No, products cannot be returned if you change your mind, therefore please choose carefully before placing an order. In the unlikely event we sent you the wrong product, please contact us as soon as you can.
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible after we receive your order – usually within 36 hours. Please note that all products are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia and you should receive your order within 7 business days for orders to Australia and within 14 business days for orders to China after dispatch. Shipping times may vary for other countries.

The expiry dates for our products vary like all products. Although they typically have relatively long expiry dates, all our products are intended to be for personal use and within a reasonable time frame.
The shipping cost is calculated when you place an order and depends on the weight of your order. As a guideline, we charge $XX per kilogram for all orders to China.
We use both Australia Post and EWE to ship our products domestically and internationally. For our Chinese customers, you have the possibility to track your order using the EWE website.
For orders to China – If you are shipping to a new address for the first time in China, you will need to upload your chinese photo ID here once you receive your tracking information from us. This is standard procedure – please review our shipping information for more information.
To ensure quality and authenticity of our products for our customers, we ship directly from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia in partnership with EWE shipping service. This is a standard procedure for this method of shipping and is only required for the first order to a Chinese address – ie for any subsequent orders to the same address, you will not need to upload the photo ID again.
